Recent Activities
The shedders blog is designed to give an idea of the past, present & future events being organised at LLL Mens Shed. The meetings take place on a Monday starting at 11am and generally run until about 3pm or 4pm.
Meeting 10 - Date: 21st February 2022
Met at LLL Mens Shed after practising really hard all week (Not) for a pool competition (Not swimming don’t worry). Everyone tried their best but I think its safe to say we won’t be winning any trophies soon. Plenty of Tea & coffee with cakes.
Meeting 11 - Date: 28th February 2022
Met at LLL Mens Shed for a visit from Steve at Sians Emporium who brought cakes (Always a sure fire winner). Very interesting seeing some of the products that we might get involved with. Shedders asked a lot of relevant interesting questions. Thanks Steve. This is an ongoing project that may take some time to come to fruition.
Meeting 12 - Date: 07th March 2022
Met at LLL Mens Shed for a foodie day where Clive brought along some beautiful old cast bench ends which will make a nice future renovation project. Thanks Clive. Richard cooked bolognaise with cheese topped jacket potatoes which was really enjoyed by everyone. Plenty of tea & coffee. Enjoyable day.
